Job summary

CP Riverside School in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant Principal (Inclusion) to lead our inclusion strategy within the Senior Leadership Team. You will shape how we support students, develop staff, and ensure every pupil can achieve their best through strong relationships, clear expectations and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading inclusion strategies for diverse learners such as SEND, EAL, looked after children and pupil premium learners.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities within a school setting.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic inclusion plans across the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school's inclusion strategy and provision for disadvantaged students, SEND, EAL and Looked After Learners.
• Act as SENCO and Designated Teacher for Looked After and Previously Looked After Children, uniting these areas into a clear school-wide plan.
• Coach colleagues, develop teaching practice, and use evidence to drive improvements in student outcomes.
