Job summary

Future Horizons Leeds is seeking an instructor to deliver engaging, person-centred learning opportunities for students with a range of abilities and support needs. You will work closely with tutors, pastoral coordinators, therapists, and support staff to plan and deliver meaningful sessions on and off campus that promote communication, independence, confidence, and progression.

You will assess learner needs, contribute to individual targets, and monitor and record progress using DatBridge.

Qualifications

• Deliver engaging learning sessions to students with diverse abilities.
• Assess learner needs and monitor progress using DatBridge.
• Plan inclusive, accessible sessions using adaptive resources and assistive tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sessions on and off campus to promote communication, independence, confidence and progression.
