You will adapt delivery to individual needs, work with teaching teams and support staff, and help remove barriers to achievement while monitoring progress and providing timely feedback and early interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting learners with additional needs or specific learning difficulties.

Responsibilities

• Delivering specialist one-to-one and small-group tuition to students with additional learning needs.
• Assessing individual learning needs and planning support that helps students access the curriculum.
• Developing and adapting resources and strategies to suit a range of learning styles and requirements.
• Working alongside teaching and support colleagues to ensure a consistent, inclusive approach.
• Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback and early intervention where needed.
