Job summary

Heath Primary School is seeking dedicated Inclusion Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team. You will work with pupils across the school, including those with SEND, delivering targeted interventions and supporting learning to build confidence and independence.

We welcome applicants for both part-time and full-time roles, with safeguarding at the core and DBS checks required. The successful candidate will collaborate with our SENDco and class teachers to promote inclusive practice.

Qualifications

As part of our vibrant school community, you will play a key role in supporting pupils across the school, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This may include delivering targeted interventions, supporting learning in the classroom, and helping pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive relationships.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our SENDco, inclusion team and class teachers to ensure the best possible outcomes for every child. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and experience of supporting pupils with additional needs.
