Job summary

Term Time Teachers Ltd is seeking confident and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team across Heathfield. This role offers flexible work, variety, and the chance to build skills in different classroom environments.

No two days are the same: you could support a small group in the morning and work 1:1 with a pupil in the afternoon, following safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is essential.
• Confident, flexible and happy to get stuck in.
• Genuine interest in supporting children's learning and progress.
• Communicates well and builds positive relationships easily.
