Job summary

Heath Primary School invites applications for Inclusion Teaching Assistants to support pupils across the school, including those with SEND. Roles available on a part-time or full-time basis, with permanent and fixed-term opportunities.

You will work closely with our SENDco and class teachers to deliver targeted support, helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive relationships in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of SEND Code of Practice.
• Ability to support pupils with additional needs and develop confidence.
• Ability to work as part of a team with teachers and SENDco.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions and support learning in the classroom.
• Support pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive relationships.
• Collaborate with SENDco and inclusion team to plan for outcomes.
• Help create a nurturing, inclusive environment for all pupils.
