The role may suit a fully qualified teacher or someone who has worked closely with young people but does not hold QTS. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants who are committed to vulnerability-inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people is essential.
• Ability to build effective relationships with students and the wider school community.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups to aid educational development and independence.
• Plan and deliver an engaging inclusion curriculum and some lessons to small groups.
• Collaborate with staff to maximise opportunities for vulnerable students.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
