Job summary

Education Learning Trust's Werneth School is seeking a committed Year Inclusion Manager to support teaching and learning for students aged 11–16 with additional needs. You will work across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions to embed high expectations, exceptional attitudes to learning and exemplary conduct.

The post is permanent, full time (term time – 37 Hours Per Week, 39 Weeks Per Year). We welcome applications ASAP; interviews may be held early for strong candidates.

• Experience in inclusion and supporting students with additional needs.
• Ability to work across mainstream lessons and targeted interventions.
