Avonbourne Boys' and Girls' Academies are seeking an Inclusion Support Worker to improve attendance and support students with SEND, engaging families to remove barriers to regular attendance.

The successful candidate will lead targeted interventions, develop personalised support plans, and work with teachers to maximise student engagement and implement classroom strategies with sensitivity to mental health needs.
