Job summary

Aureus School is seeking a dedicated Student Inclusion Lead to join our Inclusion Team. You will work closely with the SENDCo, Pastoral and Attendance teams to support students with SEND through targeted interventions and effective tracking of provision.

The role requires resilience, strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise with external agencies while promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice across the school.

Qualifications

• Has experience in a SEND or inclusion role.
• Can work collaboratively across SEND, pastoral and attendance teams.
• Is resilient, organised and motivated.
• Can liaise effectively with external agencies.
• Is confident tracking interventions and supporting strategic SEND planning.
• Promotes positive behaviour and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND through high-quality classroom support and targeted interventions.
• Track provision and monitor progress to support SEND planning.
• Work closely with the SENDCo, Pastoral and Attendance teams to coordinate inclusive strategies.
