John Ferneley College is seeking an exceptional Internal Inclusion Manager to lead our Inclusion Room and support pupils to learn, reflect and succeed in a calm, supportive environment. You will work with senior leaders, pastoral staff and teachers to remove barriers to learning and reintegrate students into mainstream lessons.

You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Inclusion Room, maintain high standards of behaviour, record attendance and behaviour data, and liaise with classroom

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing behaviour and inclusion in schools.
• Ability to work with pupils to remove barriers to learning.
• Strong communication and safeguarding commitment.

• Lead and manage the Inclusion Room to support learning.
• Maintain high behaviour expectations and create a structured environment.
• Work with senior leaders, pastoral staff and teachers to reintegrate pupils into lessons.
• Ensure pupils' attendance, engagement and progress in inclusion provisions.
• Maintain records and produce reports for Senior Leaders.
• Coordinate with classroom staff to provide suitable work when in inclusion.
• Demonstrate calm, organised leadership under pressure.
• Uphold safeguarding, equality, inclusion and college values.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and external agencies.
