Job summary

Dovetail and Slate Limited is seeking a Specialist Tutor for Inclusion to provide tailored teaching and learning support to learners who need additional help to access and succeed in their studies. You will adapt your delivery to individual needs and help remove barriers to achievement.

In this role you will work with teaching teams and support staff to ensure an inclusive approach, delivering one-to-one and small-group tuition and monitoring progress to provide timely feedback and early

Responsibilities

Delivering specialist one-to-one and small-group tuition to students with additional learning needs.
Assessing individual learning needs and planning support that helps students access the curriculum.
Developing and adapting resources and strategies to suit a range of learning styles and requirements.
Working alongside teaching and support colleagues to ensure a consistent, inclusive approach.
Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback and early intervention where needed.
