Job summary

Beeston Fields Flying High Academy is seeking an Inclusion Lead to drive SEND provision and foster inclusive practices across the school. You will be part of a warm team, ensuring every child has the support to reach their potential and building strong links with families and external professionals.

• Experience leading SEND provision and inclusion strategies.
• Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive practice.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision and promote inclusion across the school.
• Manage a 0.4 teaching commitment within the Enhanced Provision.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and Personal Care Assistants to plan resources.
• Work with Behaviour Support, Designated Safeguarding Leads and pastoral team.
