Beeston Fields Flying High Academy seeks an enthusiastic Inclusion Lead to drive SEND provision and promote inclusion across the school. The role combines classroom teaching with SEND coordination, building strong relationships with children, families, staff and external professionals.

You will lead on identifying barriers to learning and attendance, developing adaptive, well-resourced provision with Teaching Assistants and Care Assistants, in collaboration with the Behaviour Support Worker and

Responsabilidades

• Lead on SEND provision within the school.
• Develop and oversee inclusive provision with support staff.
• Identify barriers to learning, attendance and engagement and address them.
• Work with Behaviour Support Worker and safeguarding leads to ensure inclusion.
• Maintain 0.4 teaching commitment within Enhanced Provision and support the wider team.
