Whitefield Primary Academy, part of the Pioneer Learning Trust, invites an energetic Inclusion Manager to lead our SEND Team and shape inclusive practices across the school. You will work with the Leadership Team to develop targeted interventions and monitor progress for SEND and other cohorts.

The role requires expertise in inclusion, safeguarding and working with external agencies, within a values-driven culture that supports pupils to belong and excel.

Competenze

• Experience leading SEND teams and inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate targeted interventions and monitor pupil progress.
• Strong collaboration with leaders, staff and external partners.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the SEND team in partnership with the Headteacher.
• Coordinate interventions and monitor progress data for SEND/EAL/Pupil Premium.
• Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., Educational Psychologists, Local Authority teams).
• Drive inclusive teaching strategies to ensure curriculum access for all pupils.
• Support parental engagement and pupil wellbeing across key stages.
