Flying High Partnership seeks an Inclusion Lead for Beeston Fields with a 0.4 teaching commitment within the Enhanced Provision. You will lead SEND provision, promote inclusion, and work with a team to ensure accessible, well-resourced learning for every pupil.

Responsibilities include removing barriers to learning, collaborating with the pastoral team, and developing an inclusive culture in partnership with the Headteacher and Trust. DBS and references required.

Competenze

• Experience in inclusion and SEND coordination.
• Ability to lead in classroom and support staff.
• Strong understanding of special educational needs and inclusive provision.

Mansioni

• Lead on SEND provision and promote inclusion across the school.
• Identify and address barriers to learning, attendance and engagement.
• Work with Teaching Assistants and Personal Care Assistants to plan and resource provision.
