New College Swindon is expanding its Inclusive Learning team and seeks Inclusion Mentors to support learners with additional needs. You will provide personalised one-to-one and small group support to promote independence, confidence and success.
The role involves collaborating with teachers, curriculum teams, employers and external agencies to create inclusive learning environments, carrying out initial assessments and contributing to support plans.
