Job summary

Dinnington High School, part of the New Collaborative Learning Trust, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support the Inclusion Department with targeted student interventions. The role includes leading small groups and providing individual support to pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a busy, supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have experience with vulnerable learners or those with learning or behaviour difficulties, and will demonstrate excellent communication, organisation

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners in a school setting or with challenging behaviour is essential.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy and strong communication with students, parents and colleagues.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of a busy school day.
