Job summary

TES Global is seeking a Learner Support Tutor (Trainee Inclusion) in London with hybrid working. The role includes travel to partner schools and training venues, with a 0.8 FTE part-time contract and office-based days.

You will lead inclusive support from onboarding through to placements, ensuring trainees receive necessary adjustments and guidance. The position emphasizes inclusion, learner wellbeing and proactive support across the trainee journey, in partnership with recruitment, programme

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners, trainees, or adults in education or related environments.
• Ability to manage confidential information and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with schools, mentor networks and programme teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inclusive support for trainees throughout recruitment, onboarding and placements.
• Coordinate reasonable adjustments and track support plans and progress.
• Collaborate with partner schools, mentors and recruitment teams to ensure equitable access.
