You will spearhead the Inclusion strategy, support pupil outcomes, and work closely with the Principal and Trust colleagues to foster a high-quality, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of strategic leadership in primary education.
• Experience building inclusive learning cultures and raising standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, pupils, and families.
