Job summary

Stoke Park School is seeking an outstanding Inclusion Manager & SEMH Lead to lead the school's Inclusion Hub and SEMH provision. The role will coordinate targeted support for vulnerable students, identify barriers to learning, and promote attendance and engagement.

Under the direction of the Director of Inclusion, you will lead interventions, mentoring and pastoral support to enable all students to participate, achieve and thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an inclusion hub and SEMH provision.
• Proven ability to coordinate targeted support for vulnerable students.
• Ability to identify barriers to learning, attendance and engagement.
• Experience delivering mentoring and pastoral support.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
