Job summary

Lindsworth School seeks an experienced Inclusion Manager to lead inclusion provision, support pupil achievement and wellbeing for SEMH needs. You will work with the Headteacher, SENDCo, families and external agencies to coordinate strategies and ensure effective SEND processes, reporting to governors and stakeholders.

The role focuses on improving inclusion outcomes, accessibility, and attendance across a dedicated SEMH provision, with safeguarding at the core.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inclusion strategies for pupils requiring extra support.
• Monitor attendance, inclusion, behaviour and achievement data; identify trends and implement interventions.
• Lead emotional regulation and inclusion interventions to support pupil wellbeing.
• Support staff in meeting diverse pupil needs and collaborate with SENDCo.
• Develop and maintain accessibility documentation and SEND audit requirements.
• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities and compliance with KCSIE.
