Job summary
The Carr Fenton Foundation in Doncaster is seeking an Instructor/Work Coach to tailor learning and training to individual needs, guiding clients toward employability and job readiness. The role focuses on supporting and instructing learners to develop transferable skills for work.
Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths, experience in the employability sector, and be willing to progress in BSL Level 2, with strong IT and communication abilities in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- English & Maths GCSE grade C/4 or above.
- Minimum of two years in the employability sector.
- Level 2 or above IAG or equivalent.
- PTTLS or equivalent or work towards.
- Willingness to work towards BSL level 2.
- Experience with people with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored learning and training to individuals.
- Lead, support and instruct individuals to develop transferable job-ready skills for work.
- Deliver sessions to small groups.
- Contribute to creating inclusive and accessible learning environments.
