Job summary

Sheffield City Council is recruiting a Team Manager to lead the new Best Start Inclusion Practitioner (BSIP) team across Family Hubs and community settings. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee delivery of early identification, inclusion support and preventative SEND interventions for children aged 0-5, and work to strengthen inclusive practice across the early years workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in children, early years, family support, health, education or SEND services.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and partnership working.
