Derbyshire County Council is seeking Best Start Inclusion Practitioners to support Families with children aged 0-5 across the Best Start Family Hub network. You will work in Family Hubs and community settings, identifying needs early and helping families access the right support at the right time.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with young children and families with a passion for early intervention and inclusion.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification.
• Knowledge of SEND, child development and identification of additional needs.

• Identify developmental or emerging needs early through observations and family engagement.
• Help families understand and navigate local services, pathways, and resources.
• Collaborate with health services, early years providers, SEND teams and partners for joined-up support.
• Offer drop-ins, short-term workshops, and family sessions at Family Hubs and within the Best Start community.
