Hanson Academy is seeking an Inclusion Coordinator and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join the team in December 2026. This full-time, permanent role is based at Hanson Academy in Bradford, as part of Delta Academies Trust.

You will lead the Inclusion team, drive safeguarding practices, and support the DSL while promoting high expectations and a safe learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering inclusion and safeguarding within a school setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Inclusion team to meet student learning and achievement needs.
• Support the Designated Safeguarding Lead as Deputy DSL.
• Model the academy and Trust values while promoting welfare of children and young people.
