Job summary

Chesterfield College in Chesterfield seeks an Inclusion Coordinator to join a committed team that supports curriculum areas under the SEND Code of Practice. You will help ensure accessible learning and contract compliance while promoting inclusive practice.

The role involves coordinating EHCP reviews, arranging consultations, and drafting clear, practical support plans; line management and administration tasks using IT systems such as EBS, reports, OneDrive and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEND and inclusion in post-16 education.
• Ability to lead EHCP reviews and EHCP consultations.
• Ability to write clear and interpretable support plans.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum teams with duties under the SEND Code of Practice.
• Lead on EHCP reviews and EHCP consultations.
• Coordinate, time-manage and administer using IT systems (EBS, reports, OneDrive, Excel).

Chesterfield College are seeking an Inclusion Coordinator to join a passionate and highly effective team who will support curriculum teams with their duties under the SEND Code of Practice.

• Are you an experienced SEND professional, with a passion for disability inclusion in post 16 education?
• Do you have experience of leading on EHCP reviews, supporting with EHCP consultations and working in line with High Needs funding?
• Are you able to write high quality and easily interpreted support plans for a range of disabilities?
• Do you have line management and team coordination experience?
• Are you confident with time management and administration, including the use of IT packages and college management information systems, such as EBS, reports, Pastoral, OneDrive and excel?
