Job summary

The post is a fixed-term role until 31 July 2027, term-time hours (36 per week), based at Eccles and partner sites, with progression opportunities within the band.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Ability to coach teachers to embed inclusive practices.
• Strong collaboration with curriculum and pastoral teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time coaching and targeted intervention to learners across provision types.
• Support early identification of learner needs and implement inclusive strategies.
• Collaborate with Learning Support and other teams to remove barriers to learning.
