You will contribute to a calm, high-standard learning environment, coordinating interventions with SEN and other teams to support diverse learners and reduce exclusions. A strong team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in an educational environment or with young people.
• Experience monitoring and recording progress of learners.
• Liaise with SEN, Achievement and Support teams to coordinate interventions.

Responsibilities

• Support internal behaviour provision and liaise with staff on student progress.
• Develop interventions to meet diverse student needs.
• Promote strategies to reduce exclusions and ensure curriculum entitlement.
