Job summary

Mitie Group is seeking an Incident Response Centre Operator in Coventry (Ansty Park) to monitor real-time incidents and manage responses. The role operates on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, including days, nights and weekends, with an hourly rate of £14.66.

You will handle calls, log incidents, monitor CCTV, and escalate as required while following IRC procedures to ensure timely resolutions and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clear, professional telephone handling.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail when recording information and completing reports.
• Ability to follow defined processes and use multiple systems.
• Experience with decision making using available information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time incidents via CCTV and manage incidents from start to finish.
• Answer incoming calls from stores, log incidents, and gather information.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams following SOPs.
• Record all incidents and actions in internal systems.
• Provide consistent, professional service to store colleagues and stakeholders.
