Job summary

LA International is seeking an Incident, Change & Release Manager on an initial contract to March 2028. The role is based 2-3 days on site in the South West with some work-from-home flexibility and security clearance is required.

You will lead change governance, CAB activities, and major incident responses within a complex IT environment, delivering robust service management processes and documentation. DV preferred; Sole British Nationals only; IR35 inside; candidates may need up to 10 weeks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Change and Release of Service Management roles within a complex IT environment.
• ITIL 4 foundation or higher is required.
• Experience leading major incident responses.
• Strong change governance processes and CAB activities.
• Experience developing service management processes and documentation.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure, platform or application releases.
• Experience with ITSM tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident response and coordinate timely resolution for critical outages.
• Own change and release governance, ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Oversee CAB activities and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain service management documentation and processes.
• Coordinate cross-domain releases across infrastructure, platforms and applications.
