This is not a purely reactive lead-response role. You will combine fast, consultative follow-up with thoughtful, proactive outreach to turn customer interest and buying signals into qualified meetings and pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond rapidly to high-intent inbound inquiries, including demo requests, pricing requests, trials, contact forms, and other hand-raisers.

  • Research and proactively engage targeted accounts that show meaningful engagement
  • Convert qualified interest into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Execute coordinated outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely activity, qualification notes, and account context in Salesforce.
  • Partner closely with EMEA Account Executives and with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and the global SDR organization to improve lead quality, routing, messaging, and conversion.
  • Share patterns and feedback from prospects so the broader team can improve campaigns, events, content, and the customer journey.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of successful SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment.
  • A demonstrated record of setting goals, taking ownership, and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience communicating with customers, prospects, or other external audiences.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with the confidence to engage senior and technical stakeholders.

***Please note this role is a Hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days in our London Office.*About the company:**

Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The the company platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.

The the company platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:

  • Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
  • Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
  • Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
  • Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
  • Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

At the company, we believe in the power of teams. We're building a team that is humble, open, collaborative, respectful and kind.
