Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is hiring for a full-time Sales Advisor. You will join a lively team, handling incoming calls from EE customers and helping them choose the best deals on phones and broadband, while guiding them through EE products.

We train you to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and match customers with the perfect option. Starting salary is competitive with uncapped commission and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Great listener and fluent talker who enjoys helping customers.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and assist with their needs.
• Help customers find the best deals on phones and broadband.
• Explain and navigate EE tech products to customers.
