Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil contact centre is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guide them through EE products.

You’ll be rewarded with a starting salary of £26,116, rising to £26,738 after eight months, plus uncapped commission and benefits. We value outgoing, attentive people who enjoy solving problems and working with customers in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Take incoming calls from existing EE customers and assist with deals.
• Explain the best options for phones, broadband and other EE products.
• Guide customers through sign-ups and product navigation with care.
