Job summary

Concentrix is recruiting an Inbound Sales Advisor for our Vodafone team in Sheffield. You will handle inbound customer calls, focus on retention, and upsell products and services.

The role is site-based at 2 Nunnery Square, Sheffield, with a starting salary of £26,520 and an uncapped bonus potential. We value passionate, caring, and experienced individuals who can work in a fast-paced telecoms environment and contribute to the One Concentrix team.

Excellent starting salary of £26,520 plus opportunity to earn Bonus which is uncapped average earnings of £716 a month!

Role is site based (2 Nunnery Square, Sheffield, S2 5DD)

As a Vodafone Inbound Sales Advisor, You will be taking inbound calls from customers who are currently within the last 6 months of their contracts. Your role will be to assist with retentions, selling additional products and services as required and you will also deal with brand new customers!
