Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Advisor for the National Helpdesk (iwhub). You will handle high-volume inbound calls from social housing clients, delivering concise, timely, and first-time resolution where possible.

You will work to SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced environment, supported by modern office facilities. The role offers a competitive salary (£28,583), monthly bonuses, pension, and life insurance. Diversity and training opportunities are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience gained within a contact centre or call centre.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and decision-making to resolve issues.
• Goal-driven with ability to meet performance targets.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding repairs and maintenance for social housing clients.
• Provide first-call resolution where possible and log accurate notes.
• Input up-to-date information into the scheduling system and update tasks.
• Produce KPI reports and contribute to contract performance.
• Collaborate with operations and trades to ensure timely service delivery.
