Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe in Grimsby is seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to ensure production has the materials it needs. You will manage stock levels, liaise daily with suppliers, and resolve supply issues to keep production running smoothly.

Working closely with Planning, Production, and other teams, you will coordinate change management activities, minimise waste, and ensure timely ordering and deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced supply chain.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or similar env. is advantageous.
• Change management experience would be beneficial.
• Proactive and solutions-focused problem solver.
• Team player with a commitment to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients and packaging are available in line with production plans.
• Liaise with suppliers daily to ensure orders and deliveries meet requirements.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels per targets.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Production and teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate change management activities and minimise waste.
• Escalate potential supply or service issues affecting production.
• Ensure invoice queries are resolved within agreed timescales.
• Attend project, new product, and de-list meetings to support decisions.
