Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, priorities and resources.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team with the right people, skills and resources.
• Act as link between Engineering, Operations, HSE and site teams to deliver priorities.
• Use data and management information to identify issues, set priorities and improve performance.
• Ensure planned maintenance (PPM) is effective and continuously improved.
• Maintain equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation and quality delivery.
• Support audits and maintain an audit-ready site while upholding high engineering standards.
• Manage the engineering maintenance budget and optimise resource use and value.
• Collaborate with HR and L&D on recruitment, onboarding and development.
