Lyons Bowe Limited is seeking a New Enquiries Executive to join our forward thinking law firm in the United Kingdom. You will report to the New Enquiries Executive Team Leader and the New Instructions Team Manager, supported by the Business Development Team, and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities include quoting legal services, sourcing new sales opportunities, managing your diary for prompt lead conversion, and ensuring CRM records are up to date.

Qualifications

• 2 years' inbound sales experience
• Strong IT skills including case management software and CRM systems
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Proven track record in providing exceptional client care
• Able to communicate effectively by phone, email and in person

Responsibilities

• Quote our legal services for clients, estate agents and third parties
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound follow-ups
• Manage your diary and workload for prompt lead conversion
• Coordinate with New Instructions and BD teams to hit monthly targets
• Update CRM daily with sales activity
• Proactively use CRM to sell all services
• Provide excellent client care and communicate with clients regularly
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
