THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a talented Inbound Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team in London! In this role, you will support our inbound team and lay the groundwork for future AE expansion by managing a variety of top-of-funnel activities. This position is integral in ensuring that all leads are captured and has tremendous opportunity for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use Salesforce and other sales tools, build lead lists, craft messaging, and share results with the larger sales team
  • Warm up territories ahead of AE placement
  • Promote events, driving attendance, and staffing
  • Follow up on inbound and event-generated leads
  • Manage “catch-all” inbound leads and route appropriately
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and support nurture workflows
  • Conduct prospecting research and light outbound
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Cyera Data Security Platform, industry trends, and competition
  • Strive to exceed targets for daily activities and monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Work out of Cyera’s office (London)

  • Sales Acumen -sales skills (prospecting, cold calling, nurturing, engaging, presenting, negotiating, closing etc) and knowledge (product, markets, trends, business etc) a person possesses to enact the exchange of value between a buyer and Cyera.
Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics.
  • Results-oriented, metrics-driven track record
  • Excited to build a long-term sales career
  • Coachable and ready to learn concepts
  • Strong organization and time management skills with excellent verbal and written skills

  • You’re an overachiever. You never quit, never take no for an answer, and ultimately succeed in everything you do!
  • Ideally, experience as an SDR/BDR or inside sales professional in a B2B SaaS technology company
  • Cloud/data security industry experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator preferred

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
