FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Location: Outer London (see specific postcodes below)

What will you be doing?

• Working from home, you will receive daily appointments via a tablet device. Your van will be stocked overnight by couriers.
• You will visit customers with prearranged appointments to carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and commissioning for warranty and contract customers.
• You will deliver excellent customer service and top-quality solutions.
• Full product training will be provided, and you should be confident in diagnostics skills.

Daily responsibilities:

• Visiting customer properties for diagnostics, breakdowns, emergency repairs, and annual servicing.
• Providing excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Managing your workload of daily appointments via a tablet device.
• Managing van stock by returning faulty parts, receiving new stock overnight, and organizing the van's rear load space.

About you:

To succeed, you should:

• Hold domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent.
• Have a Full Driving License.
• Have experience in servicing, repair, and maintenance of gas boilers.
