Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide an exceptional in-store experience and help drive sales of shoes and accessories. You will use product knowledge to assist customers and maintain high retail standards in both front and back of house.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays, with duties including cash handling, stock security, and keeping the selling floor up to date with visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-store retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to learn product details and communicate them to customers.
• Comfort with handling cash and using point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use product knowledge to assist customers.
• Hit store KPI targets and contribute to sales of shoes and accessories.
• Maintain front and back-of-house standards and visual merchandising.
• Support cash and stock security procedures and loss prevention.
• Work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
