Clarks in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Team Member to provide an exceptional shopping experience while helping the store hit KPI targets and deliver great service. You will sell footwear and accessories using Clarks selling models and support front and back of house.

You will stay up to date with product knowledge, maintain high retail standards, and represent the brand with integrity. Training and progression opportunities are offered as part of a long-standing heritage in footwear.

Responsabilités

• Support the achievement of store KPI targets through sales at set levels.
• Deliver a great brand experience using product knowledge.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Put stock away in the correct places, keeping stockroom aisles clear.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Comply with company and legal requirements.
• Regularly review own performance and maintain a personal development plan.
• Achieve required performance standards on KPIs such as sales and multi-sales.
• Consistently deliver appropriate selling models, articulating features, advantages and benefits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
• Follow company policies and dress guidelines.
• Complete all administration accurately and on time.
• Work with integrity and in a trustworthy manner.
• Maintain an up to date development plan and take action after reviews.
