Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Sales Team Member to join one of our UK stores. You will provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience, contribute to achieving KPIs, and support in maintaining high retail standards both front and back of house.

Role focuses on selling shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models, keeping product knowledge current, and upholding brand presentation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of KPIs by delivering sales at target levels set by store management.
• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance the customer journey; maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to uphold high brand and retail standards.
• Stock and administer stockroom to keep aisles clear and orderly.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Represent the Clarks brand with integrity and professionalism.
