Job summary

Clarks Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Associate to join our in-store team and deliver an outstanding consumer experience while aiming for set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories using Clarks' selling models, keep daily operations and retail standards high, and support back-of-house and front-of-house tasks to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Must deliver a high-quality brand experience to customers.
• Assist in achieving store KPI targets and sales goals.
• Sell shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models.
• Support daily maintenance of high retail standards front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
