Job summary

Clarks Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in-store while delivering set targets and KPIs, selling shoes and accessories through Clarks selling models, and maintaining high retail standards front and back of house.

You will consistently deliver a great brand experience, use in-store technology to enhance customer journeys, support KPI achievement, and maintain merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate delivering great consumer experience.
• Ability to meet set KPIs while delivering excellent service.
• Maintain high retail standards front and back of house.
• Willingness to work 7-day shift pattern including weekends/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great brand experience and use technology to enhance customer journey.
• Assist in achieving store KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures.
