Job summary

Clarks Outlet in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models.

Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house. The role requires a reliable and enthusiastic attitude, strong product knowledge, and flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to work towards set KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent product knowledge and willingness to learn about footwear and accessories.
• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, weekends and bank holidays.
