Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail
• Sales-driven with target focus
• Solid product knowledge and upsell ability
• Cash handling and POS experience

Responsibilities

• Provide a great consumer experience in-store and achieve KPIs
• Deliver sales of shoes and accessories through Clarks selling models
• Maintain high retail standards front and back of house
• Flexibility to work a7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays
• Follow cash and stock security procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish when needed
