Clarks is seeking a store associate to provide an outstanding consumer experience and drive sales targets in-store. The role focuses on selling shoes and accessories, maintaining high retail standards, and keeping back-of-house areas orderly.

You will use the latest in-store technology to assist customers, stay current with product knowledge, and represent the Clarks brand with integrity while complying with all company standards and safety procedures.

Formación

• Customer-focused selling of shoes and accessories.
• Ability to meet KPI-based sales targets.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and brand standards.
• Capable of maintaining store appearance and stockroom order.

Responsabilidades

• Support achievement of store KPI targets through selling at set levels.
• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to assist customers.
• Maintain sales floor and back of house to high standards.
• Stock handling and stockroom cleanliness to policy.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures as trained.
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times.
• Adhere to cash and stock security procedures.
• Comply with policies and legal requirements.
• Review personal performance and update development plan.
