Job summary

Clarks is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver an engaging brand experience in-store and help customers find the right shoes and accessories. You will work to daily targets and KPIs, maintain high retail standards both front and back of house, and stay current with product knowledge to upsell effectively.

The role requires a flexible 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays; you will follow cash and stock procedures and keep visual merchandising up to brand guidelines;

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering a great customer experience.
• Proven ability to meet store KPIs and targets.
• Strong product knowledge to assist customers and upsell.
• Ability to handle cash and stock procedures securely.
• Maintain presentation and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, using technology to enhance the consumer journey and stay up to date with product knowledge.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels set by management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to uphold high brand and retail standards.
• Flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures according to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
